Opt-in is collected via web form with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmation, appointment reminders, rescheduling options, and customer support communication.
2. Cancellation/Unsubscribe:
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the number from which you were messaging. Upon confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially, and we will resume messaging you.
